THE FAILURE OF LANGUAGE AS A BETTER WAY OF COMMUNICATION - NOTES ON FACEBOOK

i am somewhat a facebook addict. the total time that i expend in front of my computer will be somewhere near 6 hours.  better with respect to my official days where it was more than seven or eight hours.

a generation, passive to its extreme will be a dangerous generation because of many reasons. for the first part , it is a generation which expends much of its time in unreality, in a world populated by two dimensional figures and expressing its feelings through printed language.  the incapability of language in bridging the gap between two, is particularly evident from the number of likes that we obtain for language communication versus picture communications.  when a piece of philosophy that i insert in these pages fetch a meager ten or twenty likes, the photograph of my little one evokes much responses , ending in a  huge bundle of likes, which sometimes go beyond hundred or two hundred. why man is finding it difficult to decipher the simple code of a language and why he prefers picture images which are much more direct.  why man wants to return to his primordial state of ignorance.

there are chances that our next generation will be devoid of literature and the sole mode of entertainments will be films, reality shows ..and the likes.
